What are the Principles of Kyusho Jitsu?

Depending on who your teacher is there are up to 15 Principles in the study of the science of Pressure Point Self Defense. Below is a break down of these principles by level. 

Novice Level Principles

Advanced Level Principles

  1. The 24 Hour Diurnal Cycle

Master Level Principles

  1. Stacking
  2. Microcosmic Orbit
  3. Quadrant Theory
  4. Directional Energy
  5. Vibration Energy Transfer
